DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Co-located IEEE Pulsed Power Conference &amp\; S
 ymposium on Fusion Engineering (PPC SOFE 2021). This year will be the 23rd
  IEEE Pulsed Power Conference (PPC) and the 29th IEEE Symposium on Fusion 
 Engineering (SOFE).\n\nWhile these two conferences have distinct technical
  programs\, by co-locating them at a common venue\, or virtual platform th
 is year\, we hope to provide enhanced opportunities for social and technic
 al interaction between these communities. The conferences will encompass a
  wide range of technical activities\, and we hope to offer two excellent t
 echnical exchanges.
